When workers decide to come together as one, we effectively give ourselves a voice in the workplace – just like the boss has – through a guaranteed contract. Without a union, workers rights are very limited. The only rights non union works have are statutory rights such as minimum wage and overtime.

With a union, workers retain their statutory rights and also enjoy additional protection and benefits – guaranteed in a signed IBEW union contract.
