The Union's met this morning to build proposals that address job security concerns. This is not yet a completed task and will be presented to the company on Wednesday.
At 4:00 pm we met in formal session. The company presented a counter to the Union's rejection on Academic Awards. The Unions told the Company we will review their counter offer and will respond to the proposal.
The Unions passed a counter proposal on the Pension Plan that is a responsible adjustment to the present Company offer and would put us in line with other comparable Pension Plans.
We are scheduled to meet again at 10:30 am tomorrow.
