The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers filed with the Maryland Public Service Commission its application to intervene in the proposed acquisition of Constellation Energy Group by MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co. We continue to assess all of the ramifications of this proposal as we determine our position on the acquisition.
