IEC Member Lonnie Plott: I’m very humbled to accept this responsibility and this office. I was very elated, but then yesterday tragedy struck us all, and members in my IEC district in Washington were put at great danger. To the guys in Washington—our thoughts and prayers are with you, and our friends in Local 3. I pledge that I will do everything that I can to carry on the tradition that our prior officers have left us.
