John O’Rourke, Local 6, San Francisco, California: Pat Lavin began his career as a journeyman lineman in Local 9 in Chicago. He has worked in the utility industry as well as for signatory NECA contractors in numerous IBEW local unions. I know Pat to be a man of honor, integrity, dedication and unwavering loyalty. Pat has led his membership through the adversity that has come with deregulation and it is my personal honor to call Pat Lavin friend and brother.
