Vice President Frank J. Carroll: I’m a third generation IBEW member. My son is a fourth. We have what we have because of the IBEW. I am very proud to accept this nomination on behalf of the best district in the Brotherhood. And I appreciate so very much what they’ve done to give me the opportunity to serve each and every one of them.
