April 2002 IBEW Journal

IBEW International Secretary-Treasurer Jerry O’Connor (left) and NECA Executive Vice President John Grau (right) sign a contract with Demetra K-M Hutchinson, Chief Administrative Officer of Crunchy Technologies.

Crunchy will be the Service Provider for ERTS, which will streamline the process of ensuring the timely transfer of Pension and Health & Welfare money back to IBEW members’ home funds. Crunchy Technologies is the company that built the system, and now it has been hired to be the Application Service Provider (ASP) to all the IBEW/NECA Pension and H&W funds across the United States and Canada. See next month’s issue for more details.
