About Us

As previously announced in the May and June issues of the IBEW Journal, the Electronic Reciprocal Transfer System (ERTS) has replaced paper reciprocity effective January 1, 2003. Members referred to work when traveling after January 1, 2003, must be registered on ERTS to participate in reciprocity. We recommend travelers register at their home local; but if that is not possible, members should register at participating local unions on an as-needed basis at time of referral.

Members are reminded to contact their home local union and/or fund office with all ERTS-related questions. Members who have lost or forgotten passwords should contact their home local union or fund office, and the local or fund office in turn will contact the Reciprocal Administrator’s Office. Logon information will be mailed to the addresses entered on ERTS, and the local unions/fund offices should verify member addresses before calling.

Members/participants are reminded that user IDs and passwords are case-sensitive and MUST be entered exactly as written. Please check the FAQ tab in ERTS for assistance and answers to common logon questions. For customer support information, contact Crunchy Technologies at 877-379-9185 or e-mail erts@crunchytech.com.
