Local 481 Expands Role in ‘Circle of Lights’

For 42 years, members of IBEW Indianapolis, Indiana, Local 481 have been volunteering to install the "Circle of Lights" to celebrate the Christmas holidays. But for 2004 they will have the bigger role of title sponsor and the new name of the event is "Circle of Lights presented by the Contractors of Quality Connection and Electrical Workers of IBEW 481."

Local 481 Business Manager Tom O’Donnell said the Quality Connection is the partnership between the IBEW and the Central Indiana Chapter of NECA and has a 50-year history of cooperation, including work on such Indianapolis landmarks as Conseco Fieldhouse, American United Life Insurance Building, Circle Centre Mall and other major jobs across central Indiana.
