The largest cane sugar refinery in the western hemisphere, Domino's Chalmette, Louisiana plant was knocked out cold by Hurricane Katrina.
Pete Maraia, the plant's manager, in a letter to IBEW President Hill, sang high praises for the work of Brotherhood members in the plant's recovery.
