IBEW Members Ratify CBS Contract

IBEW International President Edwin D. Hill and Leslie Moonves, CBS Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer, issue the following joint statement about the recently negotiated contract effective through January 31, 2015:

We are pleased to announce that members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers employed by CBS have ratified the recently negotiated contract. We believe this is a good agreement that will enable us to move forward together as CBS and its workers navigate the constantly changing media landscape and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

The IBEW represents CBS workers in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., St. Louis, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami and Atlanta, in addition to supplying a skilled work force for all events televised on CBS Sports and CBS News.
