IBEW Local 1347 appreciates all of our members who are working together, keeping the power on during the Corona-Virus Pandemic crisis. A special thank you to all of the first responders and medical personnel across the country who are on the front lines battling the hidden enemy. Members of Local 1347 are essential workers and have continued their day-to-day work operations for Duke Energy at the power plants and on the power grid continuing to help so many by keeping the power on for vital resources such as hospitals, grocery stores, nursing homes, and all the other vital services. The pandemic has impacted all of our lives, however, we must remember that we are all in this together and we will continue to stay strong throughout this trying time.
